David Rennie serves as General Manager, International for Bioventus. He is responsible for leading the company’s international business and growing the Bioventus portfolio of products in all OUS markets. Additionally, he oversees Bioventus’ international headquarters in Hoofddorp, the Netherlands. David joined Bioventus in September 2023.
David has spent more than 25 years in the medical device industry in a variety of senior leadership roles across domestic, European, and international markets. This experience includes serving on UK, European and global management boards with Johnson & Johnson, Hollister Inc., Advanced Medical Solutions, and most recently Salts Healthcare.
Previously, David worked for 18 years in various commercial roles with Johnson & Johnson, beginning his career there in International Business Development in the Middle East and Africa; later in Sales and Marketing Leadership roles, and finally as General Manager of UK Ethicon, a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson’s medical device companies.
David received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from the University of West of Scotland.
